The JACK® C4-4-M03/333 SD is a high-speed, computerized 4-thread automatic industrial overlock sewing machine designed for professional garment production. It combines intelligent automation, photocell-controlled sewing, automatic presser foot lifting, automatic chain cutting, voice guidance, effective oil control, and adjustable overedge width in one efficient production system.
The C4 provides three easily selectable sewing modes — Automatic, Semi-Automatic, and Manual — allowing the operator to adapt the machine to different production requirements and levels of automation.
With a maximum sewing speed of up to 7,000 stitches per minute, the JACK® C4 is engineered to provide fast, consistent overlock sewing while reducing repetitive operator movements and improving production efficiency.
Three Sewing Modes
MANUAL • SEMI-AUTOMATIC • AUTOMATIC
Automatic Mode: The machine operates through its sensor system without requiring continuous pedal operation. The photocells detect the material and coordinate the automatic sewing functions.
Semi-Automatic Mode: The operator controls the sewing operation while automatic functions such as presser foot lifting and thread trimming assist with the production cycle.
Manual Mode: Functions can be controlled manually through the machine panel, allowing the operator to select and use the desired assistance functions as needed.
Photocell-Controlled Automatic Sewing
The integrated photocell sensors detect the material during sewing and enable automatic control of key operations. The system can manage the beginning and end of the sewing cycle and coordinate the electronic presser foot lifter and chain cutter.
This automation reduces repetitive manual operations and helps improve operator efficiency in continuous garment production.
Automatic Presser Foot Lifter & Chain Cutter
At the end of the seam, the photocell system can automatically activate the electronic presser foot lifter and chain cutter. This allows the operator to move quickly from one sewing operation to the next while reducing manual foot lifting and thread-chain cutting.
Effective Oil Control
CLEANER SEWING OPERATION
The JACK® C4 features a sealed oil pickup system and enclosed needle bar designed to help prevent oil leakage around the sewing area.
This oil-control design helps protect fabrics from unwanted oil contamination while supporting clean professional garment production.
Adjustable Overedge Width — 6 to 10 mm
The overedge width can be adjusted from approximately 6 mm to 10 mm, providing flexibility for different fabric types, sewing applications, and desired seam finishes.
This adjustment allows the operator to configure the machine according to the required seam coverage and material characteristics.
Voice Guide
The integrated Voice Guide assists the operator in learning and using the machine's functions. When the machine detects certain operating errors, it can provide an alert to the operator.
By pressing the VOICE button, the system can provide supported troubleshooting guidance. A dedicated function also allows the operator to return machine parameters to their initial settings.
Single Motor Shaft
The single motor shaft design is engineered to reduce torque-related instability during operation, helping provide smoother machine response and more consistent sewing performance at production speeds.
