For qualifying equipment, our team checks assembly and accessible components, reviews lubrication and settings, and performs calibration or a sewing test when applicable. These preventive inspections aim to identify possible defects before delivery but cannot eliminate every future fault. Local delivery or on-site technical assistance is available according to location and scheduling.

Purchases are subject to JMJ's published return and refund terms and the applicable manufacturer or seller warranty. JMJ is the direct contact for warranty inquiries and after-sales coordination. Special orders may have additional disclosed terms.
Tax Documentation
Any requested tax exemption must be supported by valid documents and approved by JMJ before it is applied. A submitted form does not itself grant an exemption.
