The JACK® C5W-4-M03/333/KS is an advanced high-speed 4-thread automatic industrial overlock sewing machine engineered for professional garment production. It combines intelligent automation, three integrated photocells, rapid acceleration and deceleration, automatic thread cutting, fabric waste and thread suction, voice guidance, and selectable fabric control in one production-focused overlock system.
The KS suction configuration helps maintain a cleaner sewing area by removing fabric scraps and trimmed thread during production, while the automatic electric thread cutter produces a short, clean thread finish to reduce manual trimming after sewing.
With a maximum sewing speed of up to 7,000 stitches per minute, the C5W is designed for high-volume garment manufacturing where speed, seam consistency, automation, and operator efficiency are essential.
Intelligent Automatic Sewing with 3 Photocells
The JACK® C5W incorporates three built-in photocells that detect the material during sewing and coordinate the machine's automatic functions. This allows the machine to perform highly automated sewing operations while reducing repetitive operator movements.
The photocell system works together with the thread cutting and other automatic functions to improve workflow efficiency in continuous production environments.
KS Chaincutter Waste Suction System
KS SUCTION CONFIGURATION
The KS suction system is designed to remove sewing waste during production. The front suction system collects trimmed fabric scraps, while the rear suction system captures cut thread waste.
This helps maintain a cleaner work area and reduces loose fabric and thread waste around the sewing station while contributing to a cleaner professional seam finish.
Short Thread Cutting
The JACK® C5W features an automatic electric thread cutter controlled by photocells. The short-thread system is designed to leave approximately 5 mm of thread at both the beginning and end of the seam.
This short trimming system reduces excess thread waste and minimizes the need for additional manual trimming after the sewing operation.
L / M / H Fabric Selector — Patented
LIGHT / MEDIUM / HEAVY FABRIC ADJUSTMENT
A convenient selector lever allows the operator to change the inclination of the feed dog according to the type and weight of material being sewn.

This patented system allows the machine's feeding characteristics to be adapted to different fabrics and production requirements without complicated mechanical adjustments.
Interactive Voice Guide
The integrated Voice Guide assists the operator while using the machine. It can provide guidance about machine functions and notify the operator when certain errors occur.
By pressing the VOICE button, the system can provide troubleshooting guidance for supported machine conditions. A dedicated function also allows the operator to return machine parameters to their initial settings.
Ultra-Fast Start & Stop Response
The C5W is engineered with rapid electronic acceleration and deceleration. According to the specified configuration, its start and stop response can be up to 50% faster than conventional computerized machine systems.
Combined with a maximum sewing speed of 7,000 stitches per minute, the fast response system is designed to improve cycle times and overall production efficiency.

Note: Wi-Fi / Industry 4.0 functionality and the JACK® Gateway are optional and are not included unless specifically stated in the product configuration. One compatible JACK® Gateway is required for every 50 connected machines according to the specified system configuration.
