The JACK® C7-5-03/233/SD is an advanced 5-thread AI Smart industrial overlock sewing machine designed to maintain consistent feeding and sewing performance across changing fabric thicknesses, densities, and elasticity levels.
At the heart of the C7 is an integrated Artificial Intelligence chip combined with JACK's intelligent feeding technology. The system continuously analyzes the material during sewing and automatically calculates the relationship between presser foot pressure and feeding force to maintain controlled material transport.
This intelligent system is designed to sew transitions between thick, thin, elastic, and dense fabrics while maintaining production speed, helping reduce feeding inconsistencies when the machine encounters changing material conditions.

AI-CONTROLLED FULL-SPEED FEEDING SYSTEM
The JACK® C7 incorporates an AI processing chip designed to analyze fabric conditions continuously while the machine is sewing.
The system performs multimodal intelligent recognition up to 32,000 times per second and uses a database of approximately 1 million data models to determine the appropriate feeding and presser-foot response for changing sewing conditions.
Ultra-Fast 0.00006-Second Response
The intelligent system is designed for an extremely fast presser-foot response of approximately 0.00006 seconds. This rapid response allows the machine to react immediately when fabric conditions change during sewing.
When the machine encounters transitions between different material thicknesses or layers, the system automatically tracks the change and adjusts the relationship between feeding force and presser-foot pressure.
