The JACK® S5-91C is a modern automatic post-bed industrial sewing machine with synchronized roller foot and bottom feeding, designed for professional sewing applications that require excellent control around tight curves, corners, raised sections, and three-dimensional products.

Its post-bed configuration makes the S5-91C particularly useful for athletic shoes, footwear, wallets, key chains, straps, small leather goods, and leather or embroidered patches on hats and caps. The elevated sewing area allows the operator to maneuver shaped and tubular products more easily than with a conventional flat-bed machine.

Automatic thread trimming, automatic presser foot lifting, programmable bartacking, electronic speed adjustment, needle positioning, and integrated digital controls help reduce repetitive manual operations while providing precise control for professional production.

Post-Bed Design for Curves & Difficult Shapes

The raised post-bed sewing surface provides improved access around curved, shaped, and three-dimensional products. This configuration is particularly useful when sewing items that are difficult to position properly on a conventional flat-bed industrial sewing machine.
