The JACK® JK-6591C is a professional single-needle roller-feed post-bed industrial sewing machine designed for leather, footwear, bags, handbags, and other applications requiring precise sewing around curves, corners, and three-dimensional products.
Its narrow elevated post-bed design provides improved access to shaped and difficult-to-reach areas that can be challenging to sew on a conventional flat-bed machine. Combined with the roller-feed system, the JK-6591C provides controlled material feeding and excellent visibility around the needle area.
An integrated Direct Drive motor provides quiet, responsive, and energy-efficient operation, while the large-capacity hook reduces the frequency of bobbin changes during professional production. Maximum sewing speed is approximately 3,000 stitches per minute.
Post-Bed Design for Curves & 3D Products
DESIGNED FOR CURVED, SHAPED & THREE-DIMENSIONAL SEWING
The elevated post provides a narrow sewing surface that allows the operator to maneuver shaped products around the needle area more easily than with a conventional flat-bed machine.
This configuration is especially useful for shoe uppers, leather footwear, handbags, wallets, backpacks, leather accessories, and other products with tight curves or difficult corners.
Roller Feed System
The roller-feed system provides controlled material movement through the sewing area while maintaining excellent visibility of the seam line.
This is particularly useful for leather and synthetic materials where accurate seam placement is important. The roller configuration also allows the operator to follow curves and detailed seam lines with greater control.
Integrated Direct Drive Motor
The JACK® JK-6591C incorporates an integrated Direct Drive motor that transfers power directly to the machine head. This eliminates the traditional external clutch motor configuration and provides responsive speed control with reduced noise and vibration.
The Direct Drive system is also designed for improved energy efficiency because the motor operates according to sewing demand rather than continuously running like a traditional clutch motor.
Large-Capacity Hook
The machine is equipped with a large-capacity rotary hook, allowing the use of a larger bobbin thread supply. Increased bobbin capacity helps reduce interruptions caused by frequent bobbin changes during continuous production.
This is especially useful when sewing leather, footwear, bags, and other products that may use heavier thread or longer continuous seams.
High-Speed Industrial Operation
The JK-6591C provides sewing speeds up to approximately 3,000 stitches per minute, combining professional production capability with the control required for detailed post-bed sewing applications.
Adjustable Stitch Length
Depending on the specific machine configuration and subclass, maximum stitch length is approximately 4–5 mm. This provides flexibility for different leather, footwear, and general post-bed sewing applications.
Integrated LED Work Light
