The CONSEW® CSM1001 Needle Positioner and Synchronizer is designed for compatible industrial sewing machines with a fixed or bolted handwheel attached to the main shaft. It works with compatible digital brushless servo motor systems to provide controlled needle positioning for professional sewing applications.
The synchronizer allows the sewing machine to stop the needle in a selected up or down position, providing greater control when turning corners, repositioning material, performing detailed sewing, or completing operations where consistent needle stopping position is important.

The CONSEW® CSM1001 synchronizer provides controlled needle positioning, allowing the machine to stop with the needle in the up or down position according to the servo motor settings and sewing requirements.

How to Synchronize the Needle Position
BASIC SYNCHRONIZATION
- Position the needle in the down position, just before it begins to rise again.
- Hold the needle positioner stationary while adjusting the handwheel to the correct position.
- Loosen the applicable mounting screws as required to make the adjustment.
- Align the positioner and handwheel correctly.
- Tighten the screws securely after the correct position has been established.
