Add a dedicated overlock station to your sewing workshop with the JUKI MO-6714DA. Its two-needle, four-thread stitch joins garment sections while covering the fabric edges, with adjustable feeding to suit the material being sewn.
The semi-dry design limits oil exposure near the sewing area. JMJ pairs the machine with an external servo motor, fully submerged industrial table, and stand, plus a tape presser foot and edge guide for compatible tape-guiding work. The complete workstation is assembled, lubricated as required, calibrated, and sewing-tested by JMJ.

- Two Needles, Four Threads: Forms stitch type 514 for overlock garment seams and finished fabric edges.
- Differential Material Feeding: Adjust the relative movement of the feed dogs to manage stretching or gathering. Fine adjustment is available at the lever.
- Adjustable Stitch Length: JUKI lists a 0.8–4.0 mm range for the MO-6714DA, with push-button adjustment.
- High-Speed Machine Head: Rated up to 7,000 stitches per minute. Production speed must suit the supplied configuration and sewing materials.

Tape-Guiding Applications
The included tape presser foot and edge guide can support selected reinforcement tape, twill tape, and elastic-guiding operations when the attachments and sewing setup match the job.
Before selecting this setup: Check the tape width, thickness, stretch, and intended seam position. A guide should not be treated as a powered tape feeder, automatic elastic-tension controller, or universal binding attachment. Those capabilities are not specified in this package.

Semi-Dry Head & Routine Care
Semi-dry does not mean completely oil-free. The machine retains automatic oil lubrication for the mechanisms that require it. JUKI specifies Machine Oil 18, equivalent to ISO VG18.
Follow the manual for cleaning, oil-level checks, and grease care. JUKI describes additional grease replenishment for particularly severe operating conditions; it is not a substitute for routine machine inspection.
