The JACK® A5E-B AMH2 brings intelligent electronic control to industrial straight-stitch sewing. Developed for garment production and professional textile workshops, this single-needle machine combines an adaptive feeding system with computerized sewing functions.
Its second-generation AMH2 technology responds to changes in fabric resistance during operation. This allows the machine to coordinate its sewing response as material conditions change, helping operators maintain controlled stitching across compatible fabric types.
The machine features JACK's dual-drive APE motor technology and an intelligent dual-core processing system. Together, these components support coordinated needle penetration and material feeding.
An extended 305 mm sewing arm provides additional working space for handling garment panels, larger textile pieces, and selected multilayer assemblies.
The dry-head construction is designed to help control lubrication around the sewing area, supporting cleaner fabric handling when the machine is operated and maintained correctly.
The A5E-B also incorporates computerized functions intended to simplify repetitive sewing operations and improve operator control during production.
