The JACK® F5 is a high-speed single needle, drop-feed industrial lockstitch sewing machine designed for professional garment production and general industrial straight-stitch sewing. Its integrated 550W Direct Drive motor eliminates the traditional external clutch motor and drive-belt configuration, providing a compact, quiet, and energy-efficient sewing system.

Designed for versatility, the F5 can sew a broad range of materials from light to heavier garment fabrics, including cotton, knits, polyester, nylon, sheer fabrics, and denim when properly configured for the material and application.

Integrated Direct Drive Motor

The F5 uses a compact Direct Drive motor integrated directly into the machine. This configuration eliminates the traditional external motor belt and clutch system, reducing unnecessary mechanical components while providing responsive speed control and quieter operation.
